Hand Mixer Reviews: KitchenAid Hand Mixer Is Built ToughProfessional chefs have long sung the praises of the KitchenAid stand mixer. Now, KitchenAid has designed a product specifically for the home baker with this nine-speed hand mixer. Its digital display shows the selected speed, providing precision control, while an electronic sensor works with the powerful yet lightweight motor to maintain that speed in any mixture, heavy to light. Designed with nonclogging air vents, the hand mixer is easy to clean because smooth, sleek surfaces have no seams or grooves that trap ingredients. The hand mixer reviews comes with traditional beaters, a pro whisk attachment for fluffier mixes, and a one-year warranty. The KitchenAid Professional Hand Mixer is built for the serious cook. With a total of 9 digitally-controlled speeds ranging from extra slow to extra fast, this lightweight mixer also has a "Slow Start" feature that eliminates splatter. The Pro Whisk attachment is for delicate egg whites and creams, and the professional TurboBeaters are for extra mixing power. Covered control panel makes clean up easy — no buttons to wipe around or for food to get caught between. It’s power at your fingertips. Sunbeam Hand Mixer: Sunbeam Provides The Color I bought this Sunbeam hand mixer primarily because of its color. I like its stand that gives it a stable place to sit. The photos make this Sunbeam hand mixer cordless, but it is not which suits me fine. It has worked well the few times I have used it. The beaters have really deep anchors and do not eject easily. Actually, they are a pain to eject. However, that is fairly minor since I generally only do that once per use. Maybe they will get easier over time. The Sunbeam Hand Mixer speed control feels a bit pointed to eject the beaters and it hurts my thumb to press it so hard. It has worked like a champ in beating cakes and cookie batter for me. The ejection problem would not cause me to not purchase it again, but it did rank it down one star. 5 Speed Hand Mixer: Feel The Raw Mixing Power Thanks to its powerful 220-watt motor with automatic feedback, this convenient 5 speed hand blender can take on almost any mixing task–from whipped cream to dense cookie dough. The 5 speed hand mixer shifts speeds with just one touch and offers five speed options. It also comes equipped with an exclusive swivel cord, which allows for either right- or left-handed use, as well as extra-long beaters that have no center posts, making cleanup a snap either by hand or in the dishwasher. Accessories include a spatula and an instruction/recipe book for getting started. This 5 speed hand mixer is durably built and sporting a chrome-plated Cuisinart logo band, the hand mixer measures approximately 8 by 3-3/4 by 5-3/4 inches and carries a three-year limited warranty.
